Billing and Insurance
We don’t accept insurance or Washington Apple Health plans. You can learn more about why, here. If your insurance plan has any out of network benefit, you may be able to submit your fee for reimbursement. Kin Midwives works with Alternative Medical Billing to check your health insurance for any out-of-network benefit. If one exists, you may opt to pay a flat fee for AMB to submit your claim to your insurance for reimbursement.
In a world where healthcare costs are so confusing, we make things simpler. Many practices who take insurance add on additional fees which are not billed to insurance. We’ve packaged your care into a single, flat fee so there are no surprises.
